He is a graduate from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) and Diploma in Art Education, Teachers Art Exhibition and Youth Festival Art & Crafts Exhibition organized committee. He is a Life member of Singapore Watercolour Society and a Life member of Society of Chinese Artists. He actively participates in local and international art exhibitions. The collectors of his works include some of the Singapore and overseas ministries.
