He is a member of the Singapore Watercolour Society, a member of the Singapore Art Society, a member of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Alumni Association and Group 90 which revived the figure studies as an art from in Singapore. His publications and exhibitions include Singapore – Places Poems and Paintings; Singpaore Artists speak; National Museum Centenary Art Exhibition ’87; Singapore Watercolours – Pico Art International ’91; Taegu International Biennale ’93 and ’95; Asian Watercolours ’94 and ’97 and Flemish Watercolour Days ’98 and also involved in major local groups art exhibitions since 1973.
